Life can be noisy. We spend so much time responding to what needs doing, what other people need, and what’s happening around us that we can lose touch with the quieter part of ourselves.  

Perhaps you’re also the person others turn to - the one who listens, supports, guides, heals, or holds space. If you’re a coach, healer, intuitive, therapist, spiritual practitioner, or soul-led business owner, you may be very good at creating space for everyone except yourself. 

The Connection Circle was created as a place to pause - as a place you can return to each month, exactly as you are. 

It's a space where you don’t have to be the one holding everything. Where you can reconnect with yourself, your intuition, and your spiritual life, spend time with like-minded people, and allow yourself to receive too.

Once a month, we gather online for 90 minutes around a different theme. 

I’ll bring an outline for our time together, but the Circle will also have space to breathe - for intuitive guidance, healing, and whatever wants to emerge within the group. 

Each month includes: A live 90-minute online Circle Meditation, intuitive guidance, cards, healing, reflection and  conversation around a different spiritual or personal-growth theme.  

Becoming a member of the community turns this into more than a monthly call. 

The Connection Circle continues between our live gatherings inside our private Skool community. This will be a gentle online home for connection, reflection, and a growing library of spiritual resources to support you personally and energetically between Circles.
